A Home Between Lagoon & Ocean
The Peach House sits in Katiet, tucked just behind Hollow Tree's — a stretch of Mentawai coast known to surfers long before it was known for anything else. But the house faces inward as much as outward: toward a quiet mangrove at the back, and toward the everyday warmth of the village bakery at the front.
Three suites. A kitchen that gets used. Timber decks built for long mornings and longer dinners. The wave is close enough to hear — the house was never built to compete with it, only to give you a beautiful, still place to return to.
Each named for what it actually faces — the quiet water behind the house, the palms out front, and the bakery just beyond the gate.
Live calendars for each suite — updated as bookings come in.
A short walk from one of the most famous waves in the islands, but built to feel like a village home rather than a surf camp — a mangrove at the back, palms all around, and a bakery at the front gate.
